ARE YOU CERTIFIED?
Yes, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia.
WHAT WORKOUT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO WORK WITH YOU?
None! I work with women of all different experience levels. Whether you’ve been working out for years or haven’t ever worked out consistently, I am here to cater to your individual abilities and work towards your goals.
IS A MEAL PLAN INCLUDED WITH MY PROGRAMMING?
I am always able to provide tips for healthy snacks/meals, advice on nutritious alternatives, and basic knowledge regarding nutrition and its role in weight gain/loss. While I do not provide specific meal plans, as I am not a registered dietician and will never tell you exactly what to eat, I do provide daily macronutrient calculations and recommendations. Your adherence to the given nutrition protocols is ultimately up to you and what you want to achieve. It is my goal to give you the tools and the information necessary to make your own nutritional decisions.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
I do! I offer year-round discounts for certain groups/demographics and I run various promotions throughout the year. Students, healthcare workers, educational workers, and military families will always get 15% off any training package.
